Ms. Tsui is a Chinese national who has been based in Europe since 1992
and been working in China consultancy since 1998. Of particular interest
to Ms. Tsui is cross-cultural communication in management, and she is
frequently invited by training institutions to lecture and publish on
the subject. Ms. Tsui speaks Mandarin, English, Spanish and Italian.Consultancy Competence
Ms. Tsui has service expertise in market intelligence gathering, strategy
development, company establishment and mergers & acquisitions. Meanwhile,
Ms. Tsui has sector expertise in automotives, machinery, textiles &
garments and tourism, among others.Academic
Background
Ms. Tsui graduated from Beijing Foreign Languages University (China),
first with a Bachelors in Spanish Philology, and then with a Masters in
General Linguistics. Ms. Tsui obtained her PhD in Language Philosophy
from the Autonomous University in Madrid (Spain), and also has an Advanced
Management Diploma from CEIBS in Shanghai (China).Professional
Experience
Ms. Tsui was the Project Manager for Excem, a Spanish investment firm,
as they took equity stakes in two power plant projects, the first in Israel
and the second in China. Ms. Tsui has also worked in medical equipment,
being the Asia Sales Director for Sucomex, a Spanish healthcare solutions
provider.InterChina Role
Ms. Tsui joined InterChina in 1998, became a Partner in 2000, and concurrently
holds the positions of Vice-Chairman, Business Development Director and
Senior Consultant. She is based out of InterChina’s Milan Office.
