Maria Wang provides human resources service to both InterChina’s internal and external customers. She is also a member of InterChina’s Management Committee.

Based out of InterChina’s Beijing office, Ms. Wang has over 20 years of human resources experience, covering recruitment & retention, welfare & benefits, training & development, among other areas in various corporations. She has led and supported the successful completion of over 30 Human Resources Projects in China. She has advised both WFOE and JV corporations on employment related issues in China.

Prior to InterChina, Ms. Wang worked in the hotel industry for over 15 years.
