Characterization
Ms. Wang is a Chinese national who lived in Europe and the United States before moving into China consultancy in 2002. She is well trusted by clients when it comes to addressing human resource issues, one of the key success factors for businesses in China. Ms. Wang speaks Mandarin and English.

Consultancy Competence
Ms. Wang joined InterChina in 2002, became a Partner in 2008, and concurrently holds the positions of Human Resources Director and Senior Consultant. She is based out of InterChina’s Beijing Office.

Academic Background
Ms. Wang graduated from Beijing Professional College (China) with a Bachelors in Economics and Trade, and then conducted further study in Management at the University of Lancashire (United Kingdom) and in Hotel Management at the University of California (United States).

Professional Experience
Ms. Wang worked as the Human Resources Manager at the Beijing Holiday Inn Lido for 15 years, one of the leading hotels in Beijing, followed by the Beijing Harbour Plaza for a further 4 years.

InterChina Role
Ms. Wang joined InterChina in 2002, became a Partner in 2008, and concurrently holds the positions of Human Resources Director and Senior Consultant. She is based out of InterChina’s Beijing Office.
