Characterization
Mr. Wu is a Chinese national who gained multinational experience before moving into China consultancy in 1998. He has extensive and practical experience in the establishment of foreign invested enterprises in China. Mr. Wu speaks Mandarin and English.

Consultancy Competence
Mr. Wu is a specialist Corporate Consultant, and has service expertise in the Chinese tax system, foreign direct investment regulations and preferential investment policies. Meanwhile, Mr. Wu has sector expertise in automotives, machinery, textiles & garments, construction and food & beverage, among others.
 
Academic Background
Mr. Wu graduated from the People’s University in Beijing (China), first with a Bachelors and then with a Postgraduate Diploma, both in Enterprise Management. Mr Wu obtained his MBA from CEIBS in Shanghai (China).

Professional Experience
Mr. Wu worked as a Deputy Manager in Mitsui Corp’s Textiles & Garments division for 7 years.

InterChina Role
Mr. Wu joined InterChina in 1998, became a Partner in 2002, and concurrently holds the positions of Finance & Admin Director and Senior Consultant. He is based out of InterChina’s Beijing Office.
