Role
- Associate Consultants are young professionals with basic business
experience and great enthusiasm.
- Associate Consultants are Team Members for consulting projects.
Specific responsibilities vary depending on the Consulting Team, but
typically include: Conducting secondary research; identifying data
problems and cross-checking sources; setting up and scheduling interviews;
conducting interviews with less demanding interviewees; documenting
interviews; data processing and data analysis; identifying and interpreting
key findings; and contributing to the preparation of deliverables.
- Associate Consultants also play a role in upholding InterChina’s
corporate culture and driving InterChina’s continuous development
by starting to demonstrate best practice working habits.
Requirements
- Masters Degree or strong and relevant academic record.
- China business experience (>3 years).
- Strong PowerPoint drafting skills, strong Word and Excel usage skills.
- Multilingual (fluent Mandarin and fluent English).
