Role
- Consultants are established professionals with strong business
experience and great ambition. Moreover, they have the potential to
earn ‘moral authority’ within the company at the level of the Consulting
Team.
- Consultants are Project Managers for medium-sized / simple projects.
Project management responsibilities generally include client management,
leading the team and driving the process, as well as delivery of results.
The specific responsibilities vary depending on the Consulting Team.
Consultants are also Team Members for large-sized / complex projects.
- Consultants play an important role in upholding InterChina’s corporate
culture and driving InterChina’s continuous development. Consultants
have responsibility for living InterChina’s corporate values on a
daily basis, for demonstrating best practice working habits within
the Project Team for junior Team Members to emulate, and for providing
continuous coaching to junior colleagues.
Requirements
- MBA or strong and relevant academic record.
- Substantial China business experience (>5 years).
- Including substantial consulting or corporate development experience
(>3 years).
- Very strong PowerPoint drafting skills, very strong Word and Excel
usage skills.
- Multilingual (fluent Mandarin and fluent English).
