Role

  • InterChina has Directors for Consulting Practices (currently Strategy, Corporate and Human Resources), strategic markets (currently China, Spain, Italy and the United States) and internal functions (currently Human Resources and Finance & Administration).
  • Directors form the Management Committee, which has collective responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company. Responsibilities cover corporate culture, corporate strategy, financial performance, human resource strategy, internal initiatives and employee empowerment.
  • Consulting Practice Directors have responsibility for their Consulting Practice’s performance and continuous improvement, including the effective running of the Performance Management System for their Consulting Practice. In addition, Consulting Practice Directors monitor their Consulting Practice’s capacity, shape the resource structure and determine resourcing needs, and take the lead in the recruitment and promotion of employees.

Requirements

  • Proven stability:
    • Past: Minimum of 3 years with the company.
    • Future: Minimum of 3 years with the company.
