Role

  • InterChina has Managers for Consulting Teams (including Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Company Establishment) and Operations Offices (currently Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen).
  • Consulting Team Managers have responsibility for their Consulting Team's performance and continuous improvement. Consulting Team Managers set standards, communicate performance expectations, and monitor and control results. Within the framework of the Performance Management System, Consulting Team Managers also identify common performance improvement goals across their Consulting Team and help set the training schedule.
  • Consulting Team Managers contribute to developing clients, including the preparation of marketing pitches, meeting with clients to explore their consulting needs, and drafting customized project proposals.

Requirements

  • Proven stability:
    • Past: Minimum of 1 year with the company.
    • Future: Minimum of 3 years with the company.
  • Good integration into the company and acceptance by colleagues.
  • Proven managerial capability:
    • Good leadership skills.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good organization skills.
    • Good people skills.
