Role
- Senior Consultants are experienced professionals with strong consulting
expertise and great commitment. Moreover, they have the potential
to earn ‘moral authority’ within the company at the level of the Consulting
Practice.
- Senior Consultants are Project Managers for large-sized / complex
projects. Project management responsibilities generally include client
management, leading the team and driving the process, as well as delivery
of results. The specific responsibilities vary depending on the Consulting
Team.
- Senior Consultants play a very important role in upholding InterChina’s
corporate culture and driving InterChina’s continuous development.
Senior Consultants have responsibility for helping junior colleagues
define how InterChina’s corporate values should be interpreted in
each context, for demonstrating best practice working habits within
the Consulting Practice for junior colleagues to emulate, and for
being the Performance Coach of several junior colleagues.
- Senior Consultants contribute to InterChina’s marketing activities,
including presenting on China business issues at seminars hosted by
InterChina or third party organizers, and writing and publishing articles
on China business issues in the InterChina Insight newsletter and
third party publications.
Requirements
- MBA or strong and relevant academic record.
- Substantial China business experience (>8 years).
- Including substantial consulting or corporate development experience
(>3 years).
- Expert PowerPoint drafting skills, expert Word and Excel usage skills.
- Multilingual (fluent Mandarin and fluent English).
