Internship Positions Our internship
program comprises of the following six-month internships:
| Strategy Internship |
This internship is based in Shanghai with InterChina's Strategy Practice. The intern supports various Project Teams that conduct market intelligence, opportunity assessment, strategy development, business plan and profit protection studies for clients. |
| M&A Advisory Internship |
This internship is based in Shanghai with InterChina's M&A Advisory Practice. The intern supports various Project Teams that conduct acquisition, joint venture, alliance and divestment engagements for clients. |
| InfoCenter Internship |
This internship is based in Beijing with InterChina's InfoCenter. The intern works in our team of secondary research specialists supporting our client development activities and client work.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for all internships involves:
- Applications: A review of applications based on Cover Letters and
Resumes.
- First Round: Invitations to first round interviews with our Recruitment
Team.
- Second Round: Invitations to second round interviews with a Practice Managing
Director.
- Offers: Final selection and offer making.
