Senior Leadership

Barry provides overall leadership to InterChina's M&A advisory, corporate finance, and investment advisory practice. He is a member of InterChina's Management Committee.

Barry has over 15 years cross border mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic planning experience in the infrastructure/logistics, consumer goods, healthcare, chemical, financial services, technology, automotive, and other general manufacturing and service sectors. He led and advised successful completion of over 40 acquisitions and divestiture transactions in China, the United States, Canada, Asia Pacific, and European regions.

Prior to InterChina, Barry was with Price Waterhouse, and UPS, working in the function of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has long time collaboration with global leading investment banking firms. He has extensive experience in deal origination, evaluating cross border acquisitions in a strategic context, and understands the complexity in structuring, valuing, and integrating the acquired companies. He is an experienced negotiator, and has extensive senior level contacts and origination capacity. He advised both global fortune 500 and medium sized companies on growth strategies, capital raising, divestitures and execution M&A transactions in China.
